Congratulations Cliff Pace, V&M Pro Team!

Toledo Bend Winner- Richard StephensCliff made the cut as one of professional fishing’s top 12 anglers in the Toyota Truck Angler of the Year race qualifying to fish the inaugural Toyota Trucks Championship Week postseason event.  The postseason consists of two events: the BERKLEY POWERBAIT TROPHY CHASE on Lake Jordan – Wetumpka, Alabama, September 12th – 13th and the EVAN WILLIAMS BOURBON TROPHY TRIUMPH on the Alabama River – Montgomery, Alabama September 17th – 18th.

Skeeter Owner’s Tournament:

For the third year V&M was a proud “ZX Sponsor” of the Skeeter Owner’s Tournament on Lake Fork, Texas, June 20th – 21st. V&M provided to participants 2,000 sample bags of soft plastics which included the 11” Hogwild worm, the 8” Super Finesse Worm and the all new V&M Hula Shad. 760 teams made up of anglers from all over the Unites States attended and fished.

Several fishermen tried the 11” Hogwild Worm with great success, not to mention V&M Pro Staffer Harold Allen, who caught several nice bass during the Pro Shootout on Saturday using the 11” Hogwild Worm. Another big hit was the V&M Hula Shad with many anglers getting a first look at this truly unique soft plastic bait. Local retailers were strapped to meet demand for the 11” Hogwild Worm but are restocking this week. Thanks to Skeeter, its staff and the anglers for making the tournament another huge success.
